The Masters seminar “Thinking, Drawing, Representing: Architectural Thought Put to the Test of the Surveyed Territory” invites participants to reflect on the tools of thought and theorization available to architects—and to understand how they can convey a sensory experience of the spaces and sites they traverse through graphic and cartographic tools.The aim of the seminar is to offer a reflection on the research-action practices that have been conducted since the 1990s and 2000s, focusing on graphic practices in relation to the understanding and theorization of space.
 

Le séminaire thématique de master « Penser, dessiner, représenter : la pensée architecturale à l’épreuve du territoire arpenté » propose de réfléchir aux outils de pensée et de théorisation que l’architecte a à sa disposition - et de comprendre comment il est en mesure de restituer une expérience sensible des espaces et des sites traversés par le biais des outils graphiques et cartographiques. Le but du séminaire est de proposer une réflexion à propos des pratiques de recherche - action qui ont pu se mener depuis les années 1990 et 2000 autour des pratiques graphiques en relation avec une compréhension et théorisation de l’espace.
